Enter through the dedicated entrance and mudroom, providing a practical space to store skis, snow gear and outdoor equipment. The ground floor also features the master bedroom, bathroom, laundry and a separate toilet.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Warm and welcoming, it provides a great space to relax, cook and enjoy time together after a day in the mountains. Step outside onto the private balcony to take in the fresh alpine air and surrounding mountain setting. A cosy loft-style bedroom provides additional sleeping space and a charming retreat at the top level of the property.

Firewood is not supplied during Summer (October to May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months.
