This one bedroom apartment is located inside Squatters Run, Stage 2 and overlooks the Village Square. With a expansive entrance hall and large storage cupboard, Gloria has a unique flare with its curated entrance carpet and is warm and inviting going into the living area where the fireplace beckons you to relax. With a bathroom that has a luxuriously deep bath surrounded by reclaimed timbers and lighting, it’s a little bit of pampering, still with modern touches and a separate shower/rain shower is a delight for those guests lucky enough to stay.

This apartment has an onsite security parking space in the Squatters Run with an electric car charging point for guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, dining table to sit 6, underfloor heating and a second TV in the bedroom.

The Squatters Run Complex has some secure bicycle parking facilities at the Village Square level, these facilities include power points for charging electric bikes. In addition there is a bike stand and wash facility in the carpark.
